While talk therapy has great benefits, it isn't enough. Traditional therapy only addresses the cognitive. Healing requires the body, too.

Hi, I’m Mary.

My clients have a few things in common: they’re high-performing, self-aware people who give all of themselves to others, their work, and the world. Constantly engaged, they have a hard time finding time or good reason to give back to themselves. When anxiety and difficult feelings come knocking, they lack the training and perspective to “fix” it on their own. (Spoiler alert: you don't actually need "fixing".)
It's my purpose to arm my clients with the skills and compassion to hold themselves and help themselves. Through our work together, you’ll learn how to continue serving and achieving in a new way that also serves you.

My Toolbox

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) decreases memory-related emotions and sensations and allows for new insights.

Parts Work

Parts work enables you to recognize and integrate the many different parts of you, resolving inner conflict that typically causes external stress.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness will help you experience the now without judgement, so you can unhook from old patterns and become present to your life in a more calm, confident, and loving way.

ACT

Using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy),  you'll learn to shift your attention to your values and live each day with intention.
